So I was in the kitchen again.. What to eat?? Mac N Cheese sounds good!!
I NEVER use that box junk.. go figure! But, I also like to add a bit of flavor now and then to mix it up.
I think I have created the best Mac N Cheese EVER!!!
Here is the recipe: Keep in mind, I do not measure anything.. it is all to taste!
Boil Macaroni Noodles
In another pan Mix:
Butter
Milk
Sour Cream
Parmesan Cheese, fresh grated or shredded
Colby Jack Cheese Shredded
Sharp Cheddar Shredded
Velveeta
Sea Salt
parsley
Pepper
Garlic Salt
I like to warm the milk and melt the butter then add the rest. Stirring constantly.
By the time all is mixed together well and hot, the noodles should be done.
Strain your noodles...DO NOT RINSE!!
Pour noodles and Sauce together and VIOLA!!! BEST MAC N CHEESE EVER!!
