Tub / Shower Cleaning Made Easier

The holidays are fast approaching.  Along with the shopping and cooking comes the daunting task of cleaning so your home sparkles for all of your wonderful guests.

Scrubbing the shower tends to be one of the most back breaking of the these, in my opinion. Those little sponges and leaning over the side of the tub, and let us not forget the nasty water running down your arm as you wipe the grime away.

Yes, I have a solution!

Grab your mop!

My preference is Clorox Cleanup.  Spray it on, all over tub and shower and plug the drain, wait a couple minutes then, using your mop, mop your tub and shower.  By plugging the drain the water and excess cleaner soak that ring in your tub, so when you get to the bottom, it's much earlier to clean.

Using your sponge mop (with a new sponge) is also great for cleaning walls.  No more moving that ladder around the house with the bucket and little sponge.
