Thanksgiving Dinner Suucees....
Good morning kids! I'm sure several are already up and at it.
If you've followed along, today should be a breeze.
Stuff that bird, rub it down with butter or olive oil, a Lil season salt, pepper and maybe a lil nutmeg, cover with aluminum foil and pop it in the oven. Figure about 30 minutes per pound.
Now you have time for last minute straightening up around the house or a nice long hot shower since all of your other fixings are pre - prepped.
Depending on your oven space, an hour or so before your turkey is done it time! Throw your cassaroles in. If you are limited on oven space, when your turkey is done, cover it well and do not cut it yet. It will hold temp while cooking the rest.
Do your mashed potatoes last, they tend to cool fastest.
Be sure to have your appetizers out early and place outside of your cooking area, so your guests have munchies and are out of your way.
Before you know it, everything is done.
Enjoy!
I hope my tips have helped and everyone has a tasty, safe and successful Thanksgiving.
Happy Thanksgiving and God Bless!
